I always want my customer to be 110% satisfied with their purchase.  If you have any problems or complaints, please do not hesitate to contact me.  I will do everything to make sure that your order always meets your expectations.

What if my merchandise is damaged? ?
If this happens to you, please contact us within 7 days at jesnowdale@hotmail.com and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

What if I want to return merchandise?
I want you to be completely satisified with your purchase.  I offer a 14 day 100% money back policy (excluding original shipping costs).  Simply contact me at jesnowdale@hotmail.com or by phone @ 407-694-8733 with your return information.  Please return your shipment in its original packaging, packed safely for shipment.  Please be sure that the product is unopened, undamaged and in saleable condition.  If you received the item damaged, please see above instructions. 

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
